The Rail Division of TRB Lightweight Structures was established as Technical Resin Bonders in the early 1950s and was one of the first companies in the UK to launch a range of Honeycomb Sandwich Panels and Bonded Structures onto the market. Since those early beginnings, TRB Lightweight Structures has grown and diversified into Aerospace, Defence, Marine and Automotive industries. Having worked in the Rail Industry for over 35 years, TRB is now an important first tier supplier to the primary train builders.

With extensive material processing, manufacturing and assembly facilities based at the Huntingdon factory in Cambridgeshire and supported by its Amber Valley Group services at Langley Mill, Nottinghamshire, TRB Lightweight Structures is able to provide a wide range of tailor-made products based around lightweight honeycomb sandwich panel technology, bonded assemblies, composite components.
